Tata Altroz turbo petrol to launch soon | Journalmotor

 Tata Motors is soon going to launch the Tata Altroz turbo petrol updated with Nexon's petrol engine. The naturally aspirated seen at the starting will be sold alongside with the diesel engine.

The diesel engine had always been great but for the petrolheads, a new 1.2-litre turbo petrol engine is being introduced to fair against competitors like Hyundai i20 and Volkswagen Polo. There are also new updates that are there on the Altroz as follows:

• Leatherette seats
• IRA-connected car technology
• Marina Blue colour option

In terms of performance, the turbo petrol pumps out 110 PS of power and 140 NM of torque. The engine option is mated to a 5-speed manual transmission and an XZ Plus trim is also added as a choice.

The launch of Tata Altroz turbo petrol is expected by 22 January 2021 and is expected to start from 7.50-8.50 lakhs ( ex-showroom).
