| The Mercedes SLR 722 roadster is a forgotten sportiness |
The Mercedes SLR 722 roadster was something that enthusiasts could have found attractive if it was being launched in India. This machine was something that McLaren and Mercedes created in partnership and their partnership worked well which later gave birth this beast. It was the first ever Mercedes that used to come with scissor doors however we didn't got it in India. Both a convertible and a sporty roadster were just available in one packet which was like mixed fruit juice in one bottle and that thing was lovely about this car.

Dreaming about a car is just like lost in the own world if it's something that has sportiness and the SLR roadster so posses the sportiness. There used to also be a coupe version that was sold before it was discontinued in 2010 but the roadster was something that was very much rocking.

Mercedes cars have always been an absolute beauty if we even talk about the Mercedes SLR McLaren or the latest Mercedes cars in India. The taillights at the rear with smoking look just made this car stellar.

| A roadster is something that always remains evergreen |
The Mercedes Benz SLR roadster that many people might have forgotten but it's sportiness is something that can never be forgotten. When you do open the scissor doors, you will surely think today that it's not very advanced but back to 2008, it was a very advanced car at that time. If you want to have fun then surely it's the roof which you need to open but unfortunately that's not possible in India due to Sun being too much annoyed in India on a majority of months.

A car that was a beauty in it's times doesn't require caption as everyone will be out of words after seeing such a great car with interior which was great in it's time. You can't expect a car to possess modern features if it's older but surely you acn expect it to be a beast. Audio system did offer bluetooth connectivity, FM and radio which is too basic in today's time but that doesn't matter when you can live on sportiness.

| Performance is something everyone should know about |
There used to be a lot of V8 engines on the offer which offered different tunings. If it's something that was made to celebrate the victory of Stirling Moss then surely it needs to be rocking and it's surely a great car. The roadster version generated 616 BHP of power and 780 NM of torque. If talking about more powerful variant then surely Fab Desire was most powerfull and torquier. A 5G-tronic AMG speedshift gearbox was an offering on all variants. Top speed was something on which Fab Desire couldn't beat regular variants due to a lot of torque on offer as top speed was 310 kmph for Fab Desire whereas regular ones possesed 332 kmph of top speed. The specs are surely telling that it had a very enthusiastic approach.

At the time when it was available, the costing was 3 crore which made it value for money it's time before SLS AMG replaced it.
